ZDTV
From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.
ZDTV was a cable channel spun off from Sesame Street, in which all of the shows were sponsered by the letters 'Z' and 'D'. It lasted about three months in 1996 before being purchased in a leveraged buyout by a company co-owned by billionaire Paul Allen and the number 3 and rebranded Tech TV.
