Wisconsin is the unofficial name of the northern suburbs of Chicago. Inhabited mainly by cows and homeless people, Wisconsin mainly exists as a front for shipping cheap liquor and dairy products to Chicago and the rest of the country. The capital of Wisconsin is Green Bay, a small village considered by most people to be the coldest town in all of America.
