Unsolved Mysteries was a short-lived NBC police procedural created by Dick Wolf. Wolf thought that audiences would flock to a series in which the culprit was never revealed or brought to justice. He was wrong. Robert Stack starred as Detective Lincoln "Linc" Evers.
