The OT is a one-hour block of infomercials purchased from Fox by the upstart United Football League. Airing on Sundays in 2007, The OT features Donald Trump, Mark Cuban and T. Boone Pickens in a series of promotional films designed to make the world (or at least that part of the world who owns a Nielsen box) forget about Monday Night Football. While the new UFL has no teams or players yet, spokespersons say that the league will be the biggest thing since the XFL. The OT will air live from Las Vegas, site of the UFL's premiere (and currently only) franchise.

Despite the fact that the United Football League won't begin playing games until 2008 at the earliest (assuming that it ever plays any games), The OT will begin airing in 2007, just to spite NFL fans.
