The Contenders

The Contenders was a spin-off of Highlander in which people ran around and shot one another. It lasted a whole seven seasons until disgrunted former host Sugar Ray Leonard barged onto the show, killed Apollo Creed, and challenged current host Rocky Balboa to a fight.

ESPN has been rumored to be thinking about bringing the show back with a few minor changes, including having the contestants play poker instead of shooting one another.
