• 1966 - NBC replaces the original host of Late Night with Conan O'Brien with the second of the show's six hosts.
• 1976 - Steve Jobs and Walt Disney (pictured) found The Walt Disney Company
• 1999 - SONY TV, a seventh Television network, launched.
• 2002 - A German nuclear reactor is attacked by a group of robotic cars.
• 2003 - ABC cancels all its non-reality programming and becomes the first network to program only reality TV.
• 2003 - King Friday XIII of Canada abdicates and flees his country after an attack by the United States of America.
