Star Trek: Enterprise
From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.
Star Trek: Enterprise was a spinoff of Star Trek on UPN. It served as a prequel to the original series, taking place in an era when transporter technology was largely untested, the Klingons had yet to develop their unending hatred of Doctor Who, and terrible, syrupy ballads were considered appropriate opening theme music.
Derided by the same fans who campaigned vocally for its renewal season after season, it was perhaps most notable for Jolene Blalock's sensitive, thoughtful portrayal of a highly impressive pair of breasts attached in some unspecified way to a Vulcan woman.
It ran for four seasons, ending after series star Scott Bakula was able to successfully pay off his mortgage.
