President Bobby Simone

Bobby Simone's life in entertainment began on the planet Alderaan, where he was a Senator for over 20 years until the planet was destroyed in one of the finales of The Apprentice. Simone moved to Earth, where he worked as a police detective in New York and as a lawyer in Los Angeles. In 2006 he was nearly ready to give up on show business and retire to a ranch in Texas when a friend encouraged him to try out for a special season of Campaign! that was being held due to President Palmer's decision to break his contract to star in an Oliver Stone film. Simone had an improbable ride up the charts in Campaign!, and in the finale his rendition of "Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy" won out over President Hawkeye Pierece's oddly chosen downer "Suicide is Painless."

Simone left office soon after inauguration. Purportedly this was to star in an Oliver Stone production, but instead he ended up in south Florida running a successful rum and sugar cane business.
