InuYasha is a long-running Japanese anime soap opera about the many affairs which took place amoungst the demon clans and warriors in feudal Japan. Basically, everyone fights each other in-between trying to wade through the increasingly convoluted love affairs of everyone involved - thus, teenage boys who like action are tricked into watching a chick show.
