Flo, a spin-off of the Woody Guthrie series Alice's Restaurant, was an early 1980s sitcom that aired on CBS. A workplace comedy, Flo centered around the workers at an all-female plumbing shop.

Audiences cheered when Flo, played by Polly Holliday, would tell customers to "kiss her grits," a reference to the gritty sandpaper used by many home-maintenance specialists.
