CNN Headline News
From TeeVeePedia, the Internet TV Encyclopedia.
CNN Headline News was founded by eccentric billionaire Ted Turner as a complement to CNN. The idea was simple: condense the day's top news stories into a 30 minute block, rinse, and repeat. Much like MTV and AMC before it, CNN Headline News changed over time. Today, the channel still broadcasts one 30-minute news segment per day at 3:30 AM. The other 23 hours and 30 minutes are filled by continual airings of Nancy Grace starring Nancy Grace.
