CNBC

CNBC is a cable network established in 1989 by NBC. CNBC's programming consists mainly of...

mainly of...

ummm...

How the heck should I know? Every time I flip by CNBC they're showing something else. One minute they're showing some rerun of The Apprentice or Deal or No Deal. The next time around they've got some guy yelling at me about my investments. Like I have any money to invest after NASDAQ 5000. I'm still paying off my credit card bills from that one. And CNBC shows all those fancy tickers and crawls and on screen graphics, even during the darn commercials. They might like it but to me, it looks worse than the Fox News Channel. Damn, I think I even saw the Olympics on CNBC once. And of course, on the weekend CNBC goes "cheap local affiliate" and shows 18 straight hours of infomercials. Sheesh, hiring Connie Chung from MSNBC to perform musical numbers in primetime with Donny & Marie would be an improvement.

...breathe, breathe, calm, happy place...OK

CNBC's lineup consists of randomly selected NBC programming, with lots of business-oriented graphics that white-collar office workers ignore all day while they talk on their cell phones.
