Big Day

Big Day is an ABC sitcom scheduled to air in the fall of 2006. Big Day hypothesizes what would happen if two people were to try and get married on a day that the laws of physics suddenly went haywire. Bride Alice (Marla Sokoloff) and groom Danny (Josh Cooke) decide to hold their wedding at the opening of IASA's new particle accelerator, thinking that it would be would be "totally cool". The two, along with their unfortunate families, end up in a world where time has no meaning and the physical laws of the Universe are completely arbitrary. ABC executives describe Big Day as "a farcical laugh-a-minute riot".
Big Day was originally titled A Day in the Life, but Paul McCartney's lawsuit against Disney forced a title change.
The executive producers of Big Day are Josh Goldsmith, Cathy Yuspa and Stephen Hawking.
